“Opportunities in Michigan are not that great for welders,” Mariotti said. “I came across Maguire while searching online for welding jobs. The more I read about the company, the more I realized this wasn’t just another job. It was a place where I could grow.”
Compelled by Maguire’s reputation and commitment to quality craftsmanship and safety, Kayden made the bold decision to relocate to Sioux Falls to pursue a welding career in an industry he’d never worked in before: the water tank industry.
“I packed up everything and moved halfway across the country,” he said. “And I’m so glad I did. The facility here is incredible, the team is supportive, and I feel like I’m part of something bigger.”
