He and his staff at ASDWA work closely with EPA and the state, and territorial drinking water agencies, in the development and implementation of federal drinking water regulations. Its the 50th Anniversary of the Safe Drinking Water Act, which is the federal legislation that is the foundation for the drinking water programs at the EPA.
